このへんの動揺とも嘆きともつかない記事（FTがなんかがあまり本質的なえぐり方をしていない分エモーショナルかもしれない）考えるとカナダの動きは早かったということになるんだろうかな、ではある。どこまで実効性があるのか、またはどのへんを目標においているのかというのはかなり曖昧だが。ここらへんは、小国だから世界的な影響を考える必要なく、ウチが困ります、ちょっとタンマ、はいそういうことで、ができるともいえるよなと思う。そうはいえないのがアメリカだ、と。しかし、だったら、国営企業と張り合うことの意味を今まで考えてこなかったのかと小一時間。
